This course is taught by food expert, Dr Brian Wansink, author of best selling books “Slim By Design” and “Mindless Eating,” Director of the Cornell Food & Brand Lab, and former Executive Director of the USDA’s Center for Nutrition and Policy Procedure.

In this 4 week course, you’ll put Dr Wansink’s 25 years of research to work to help you eat better, lose weight, and live a healthier lifestyle. Our food environments, which shape our eating behaviors more than we do, quietly push us to eat the way we always have. The secret to better eating is to flip the script on our troublesome eating behaviors and environmental cues so that they help us mindlessly eat better instead of causing us to mindlessly overeat.

But an App isnt enough to change behavior. Thats why we pair you with a Change Collective coach to help you follow-through on Slim By Design. Coaches are trained in behavior science and motivation - and they are always available via SMS and email to help you succeed.

With daily lessons from Dr Wansink and the help of a 1-on-1 coach from Change Collective, you’ll learn how to tackle troublesome eating behaviors and tweak your environment to mindlessly eat better.

This app offers integration with the Health app to enable your coach to provide more personalized suggestions.
